The ATA Leadership Program is for students who are ready to take the next step in their martial arts journey. It develops leaders through advanced training in both physical and mental disciplines — and prepares students for success well beyond the mat, in academics, careers and community service.
The curriculum adds specialty weapons training and ATA-Xtreme instruction on top of the standard syllabus, alongside a life-skills track built around discipline, respect, belief, self-esteem and communication. It asks for real dedication and personal commitment.

Common questions
Who is eligible for the Leadership Program?
It is aimed at students who have shown the commitment to go further. Speak with an instructor — they will tell you honestly whether the timing is right.
How is this different from regular classes?
Leadership adds specialty weapons, ATA-Xtreme, advanced competition access and a dedicated leadership life-skills curriculum on top of regular training.
Does my child have to compete?
Competition opportunities are available but the program is about leadership development, not trophies.
