What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Fraser Heights Black Belt Academy ("we", "us") collects through https://atasurrey.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That means:

• Contact and enquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number, the program you are interested in, and any message you write.
• Technical information — your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded with each form submission. We use these solely to block automated spam.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

• To contact you about the classes or trial you asked about.
• To send occasional updates about programs, events and schedule changes, including by text message where you have consented.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you submit a form on this site you consent to receiving periodic text messages from us. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes your IP address, which it anonymises before storing. We use this only in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The website works normally either way.

Service providers

We use SendGrid to deliver email from this website, Google Analytics for the statistics described above, and Google Maps to display our location. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

This website uses two kinds of cookie:

• Essential — a session cookie set only when it is needed, for example to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Without it the forms cannot work.
• Analytics — set by Google Analytics as described above.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for following up, and delete them when they are not. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing blackbelt@atasurrey.com.

Children

Our programs serve children, but forms on this site are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
