Our morning adult fitness program is not part of TKD training. We offer several modes of training in these classes including Kettle bell, TRX, Kick Boxing, Boot Camp. Classes run Mon/Wed/Fri mornings for 45min followed by optional 15min stretching session.
Our school abides by Covid 19 Safety Plan and is equipped with both commercial grade air purifier and floor sanitizer. We clean the training surface & equipment often in order to provide our students safe training environment.
20 Session card can be purchased for $200 which doesn’t have expiry dates. Please contact the school directly for session times and book an initial trial class.
